"Our accommodation at Waves at Surfside was beautiful! The room view was perfect & the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time there with Breakas within close distance for food and cocktails on the beach front. We loved the private pool, the villa was very clean upon arrival & had anything we may have needed. I’d absolutely recommend the stay to others! "

"The apartments are great for a family of 4, spacious, proper size fridge and kitchen equipped to cook. The last time we stayed we had a room that had views of lagoon from both bedrooms and lounge (rooms 1/2/3 I think) whereas this time it was a view of the lagoon just from bedroom and outside seating area - but still lovely. I was thankful for aircon in master bedroom but it meant it was a bit warm in the other bedroom and lounge (but the kids coped fine). My husband enjoyed going for a kayak....

The 3 bedrooms (each with a sea view) are in separate attached buildings so not suitable if you all want to sleep in the same house. The (6km from turnoff) road out to the property is gravel and very bumpy so best to hire a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get you in and out. Bring all your food with you for your stay. "We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. The staff were absolutely amazing my 3 year old loved the attention from all the staff from his babycino in the mornings to his daily catch ups with William (Bill) front of house. A big thank you to William for being such a great host you went that extra mile to help us! "

"I cannot rave enough about how fantastic this Resort is. I am totally amazed at the beautiful, friendly, accommodating and absolutely fantastic service we received from all the staff. The villa we stayed in was exceptional, I have stayed in many places and this is at the top of the list.
