On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. "Overall we had a nice trip. Location was good, close to food, shopping, and South Padre beaches. Home is very small for 3 adults and 1 dog. Beds were not so comfy but hot tub was a nice added bonus."

"We normally stay on SPI but some friends were staying in the Long Island Village so we decided to stay close to them. The little village is so cute! Very well maintained. Our house was right on a canal so it was fun to wake up to that view every morning. As for the house. Cute LITTLE house. The pics online are a little deceiving. It appears to be very large online. In person, not so much. It was just my husband and I so it was ok. But I cannot imagine staying there with kids or 2 more adults....

"It was ok. We were called by the host the day before arrival that the place we were supposed to stay needed new blinds and she would put us up in another spot. It was ok but needed some repairs inside. Probably would not stay there again "
