This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is a ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient. The lounge/bar area is very comfortable and cosy after a day on the slopes, as well as the very soothing jacuzzi located outside at the front of the hotel. The swimming pool/spa area is also very relaxing. We stayed on half-board. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and each evening there was a different theme for the buffet dinner. We really enjoyed every meal! Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing! We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back again soon too!

The only negative was the breakfast, which it is overpriced and you better wake up early or you risk not being even seen by the limited and overly busy attending personnel. The second day we sat at our table for more than 30 min unacknowledged. ..."
