There are two newly renovated bathrooms, both with a shower and one with a bath. A washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience.

There is a 1x garage and additional parking in the driveway. Within the garage, there is also table tennis to keep the kids busy.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.

A Security Deposit of $500 will be required prior to arrival. This security deposit can then be used to cover any damages or loss and the credit card provided may be used if the total of damages or loss exceeds the amount held.
