"We arrived out of hours but were given clear information about access to find our two bedroom accommodation that was excellent. Clean, well equipped and highly recommendable. The pool and play area were well maintained and again very clean and presentable. My family had a wonderful 5 day stay. "We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all.
