First Checked in and the room toilet could not open, so I was moved to anew room which I thought was good but then, the beds did not have proper covers, only white duvets. The bathroom isnt built properly so water splashes all over to the toilet when having your bath. The hotel was still during construction phase so it wasnt that pretty in dining area. I used the...

"Their was no TV remote in the deluxe room I was staying in to turn the TV on."

"The carpet was damp somehow, had to wear slippers the whole time. The soap bottle on the sink was empty. Also the water did not completely drain in the shower, must be some clog up. These should have been fixed before making unit available to customer. "
