Kitchen facilities in apartment were minimal, but we did not prepare any of our meals, so that was not an issue for us. "A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. Several things to consider: 1- the address is not the same as the one mentioned on Expedia, it’s up the hill and so exhausting to walk it up if you are coming from the beach or the center of the city. "I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Property is on a hill with several signs leading to it and a very small area for parking. There was no reception area and no indication of where to go. We literally walked into one of the doors, walked down a hall and found our names on pieces of paper stuck in the doors. One room had a leak in the bathroom. "Villa Europa is the best hotel for the money in Struga, Macedonia. Small hotel, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast included, TV had limited channels, the best part was the breakfast included.
