"Upon arriving, we checked into, and check in was pleasant. However, when we went to the room, we were greeted with cobwebs, dirty floors, counters, bathroom toilet that did not work, and no hot water. We asked for another room, but was told that "there was no guaurantee that those rooms were cleaned."
