We found this apartment to be comfortable and peaceful. The bedding was lovely and our host always answered any questions promptly.

The property was in a great position and was very clean. We had a problem with heating & Valentina (who works for Monosuites) could not have been more helpful. Only downside was huge extractor fans outside bedroom window that were on for 24hours. Ear plugs were provided!

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at and there was one front desk superstar - I believe her name was Abby (blonde hair) - that really made this a wonderful experience with her recommendations and friendliness. The hotel is in a great location near the train, bus lines, an upscale shopping strip, mall, good restaurants, Prince Street, and a Marks & Spencer grocery/department store. The walk to Royal Mile and all the activity in Old Town is less than 10minutes. We stayed in the one-bedroom loft which was lovely. The only thing is the staircase landing is less than 2ft from a window and there's a glass railing, so you must squeeze between the glass and the window to access the stairs. We were fine with it because we're short and petite, but not sure if, say, a taller, larger male would manage as well. There are other apartment-style rooms to choose from, though. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were extremely accommodating and the bar/restaurant area was lovely especially given we were there over the holidays. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. Room is very clean and quiet
