The property boasts a stunning full sized main bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub and separate toilet.

Lock-up garage with internal access that caters for one medium vehicle plus additional off-street parking suitable for boats, the internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is in the garage area.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
