As a solo female traveler, I felt a little uncomfortable because there was a group of men chatting, laughing and smoking on the hallways until very late at night and during the day. I assume they were guests as well, but then front desk is not always attended. I visited in November. "

"Very nice people at reception. I did not have coffee in the room only the coffee maker. I went to get coffee at the breakfast area, but I was told I had to pay it. I went to reception to pay but they said it was free. Overall nice. "

"France was really helpful prior to and on arrival. Bed superbly comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the lovely Buddha garden was perfect and dog safe. You do need to speak French to communicate easily. "

"Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen, liebenswert umgebauten authentischen Bauernhaus Nähe Rauzan. Der Pool war gut gewartet und sehr angenehm, das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz und viel Gelegenheit für Freizeitaktivitäten und künstlerischen Betätigungen. "The owner of the house, Flo, was very helpful as our stay of 10 days was longer than the normal stay. We based out of the house in Bordeaux and did spend several nights out in other parts of the area. It is well located with easy access to bus for the train station and tram to go further downtown. "

"This hotel was nicer than I expected. Very clean, helpful staff and an eco friendly room(large soap dispensers, smart lighting options). Perfect sized room for 1 person. Convenient to the city tram and Gare St Jean."

"Great hotel. Modern, clean, quiet, well-furnished, secure; friendly staff; proper breakfast (including hot options like bacon, egg and sausage for the Anglo-Saxons). It's right next to the station, which is usually a reason to avoid any hotel, but in Bordeaux the area isn't so bad. Also they give you a (glass) bottle of water when you check in to cut down on plastic and there is a decent restaurant linked to it, though it looks like they could do with a few more staff. I'll definitely stay here again. (The only criticism I'd make is of the bizarre design of the bedside lights, which are attached to the headboard and can give you a fierce laser-like ray in the eyeball when you switch them on in the night.) "
