The room wasn’t very clean at all. Towels were dirty and had hair on them. Toilet was clogged and almost overflowed everywhere. I freaked out when I pulled the sheets back and there was a brown piece of dirt or something under the sheet. Safe didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Pool was nice. Staff were nice. Hot tub was ok, not very hot and jets didn’t work very well at all.

Hotel was good, we liked how breakfast was included. It was a decent breakfast and hotel was around certain food places & stores. Room had a microwave and refeigerator, couch converted into a bed, overall was satiesfied!

A lot of heavy semi-truck traffic due to the distribution center nearby. Fortunately the noise was not audible inside the room. The staff was super accommodating with our request for extra pillows. The room was large and quite comfortable.

The front desk clerk gave us the wrong information about the breakfast hours, especially on Labor Day. We had an incident in the room with water leakage from the Fire Sprinkler and had to move at 10:15 PM due to water saturation. Very noisy teens drinking and swearing something awful until after midnight at the pool and hot tub area
