Area good and quiet not far from the town and shops and there are takeaways across the road . "The property was poorly prepared for us -food in fridge left from owner -empty alcohol can left in bathroom bins -garden overgrown neglected We were expected to feed and care for cat whilst Staying in property!! "

"High ceilings for a "cottage", comfy beds and lots of hot water and good central heating, however sadly in need of some much needed TLC as various things broken. Could also do with better /more thorough cleaning - attention to detail lacking overall which could easily be rectified. We enjoyed our week despite constant storms and rain as the local area is lovely. 15 mins to Porlock and Lynmouth by car."

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...
