"Lovely place to stay"

"The cottage is exactly as described, very clean and tidy and well appointed. Patty and Colin were very friendly and hospitable and the cottage was in a great location for visiting all places in the Gower. Fantastic walks and beaches, all dog friendly. We spent 7 days and enjoyed everyone of them. I would highly recommend both this cottage and the location to anyone that loves walking on beautiful beaches. Chris and April"

"Lovely house to stay for a big family , everything you need in the property and more . Great outdoor area for relaxing and for little ones to play . Area good and quiet not far from the town and shops and there are takeaways across the road . Within easy reach of many holiday favourites beaches , parks , castles etc there is great selection of leaflets for ideas . We would return in the future . Thank you Diane for hosting us . "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was cosy and done out beautifully. Warmed up quickly when we put the heating on, everything we needed was there, milk left in the fridge and essentials in the bathroom, clear instructions left too. But my most favourite, above all was the cats, we met Alfie first, very chilled boy and then Ollie who snuggled up with us on the sofa, Snowy the duck in the garden was gorgeous too. "Lucy was so helpful in answering questions and supporting us. It is a lovely spot unique and connected to the history of the area. Walks from our front door. Good pub across the river and comfy beds as we fell asleep to the sound of the river . We will be back!"

"High ceilings for a "cottage", comfy beds and lots of hot water and good central heating, however sadly in need of some much needed TLC as various things broken. Could also do with better /more thorough cleaning - attention to detail lacking overall which could easily be rectified. We enjoyed our week despite constant storms and rain as the local area is lovely. 15 mins to Porlock and Lynmouth by car."

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...
