"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"We are a family of 4 and had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The apartment is spacious and located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything by foot. Despite being in such a central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing all the information I needed for a smooth stay, including a list of great local restaurants. Highly recommend this place to anyone...

"Bozena is a great host, the apartment is exactly as described and pictured, and the location can not be better. Bozena met us at the apartment and explained which grocery stores she uses, which restaurants she recommends and using a map described the area location and all the major sites. Every historical site in the city is a short walk from the apartment. We were in Sicily for 2 weeks and took a bus to Catania and a train to Cefalù. The train/bus station is a 30mn walk from the apartment....

"A lovely traditional apartment with a very large spacious living room with a lovely outside seating area with table and chairs. Air con worked efficiently, great to have a washing machine, bed comfortable and again another balcony view. There are a lot of stairs up to apartment although we saw that as a positive way to do some exercise each day. Guiseppe was very communicative when we had questions. The beach is about 15 minutes away along the corniche surrounded by mountains so very pretty...

"The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. "We needed a place on short notice close to Trabia, and Paolo and his sister made sure everything worked out, despite some confusion on check-in as we worked through visiting Italy for the first time. "We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station....

"Perfect location, close to many sightseeing spots (cathedral, palace, museum) and close to many great restaurants regardless of your budget. Staff were excellent, patient and attentive. They offered great suggestions. Nini and the rest of the reception team were absolutely lovely and helpful- especially with our parents.
