"We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!"

"We all enjoyed our stay for our Dad's 70th Birthday. The pool was used constantly! The house was very clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. My only gripe, which didn't detract from the stay at all, would be plastic cups for the pool area and maybe some pictures and ornaments throughout the house to make it feel more homely. Thank you...

The sea is only 200m away through the back gate from th parking and there are views from both the kitchen and main bedroom. Very comfortable, very well equipped, clean and modern. "We had a lovely stay, and everything in the chalet was fine however we only stayed for two nights. I would say there are a couple of areas of the experience which can be improved further. The bed and pillows aren’t comfy, we have both left with neck pain, a mattress protector and new pillows would go a long way. The top oven smoked when preheating so we had to avoid using it. Nice view and good location, would have benefited with directions to the spot by the river which is pictured in the ad....
