"This property was all we were hoping it would be. This Fall gave us dry, sunny weather all except the days we were here!! BUT that didn't matter because of the many activities offered here. "A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The entire place was VERY clean, and the room was comforting and inviting. We didn't get a chance to check out the indoor pool, but the breakfast and breakfast area was a great start to our day. I will definitely stay here again when in town as well as suggest to others."
