The shower caddy was caulked to the wall instead of a proper mount, it fell down. Otherwise the stay was great for the visit, staff was very helpful and friendly and we’ll be back!

The hotel is good value, and the staff are attentive. On site restaurant does a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Great start to the day. Talking with staff, it looks and sounds like the neighbourhood is improving. It has suffered the past few years, not unlike many other urban centres. Be aware of your surroundings and you should be fine. Great central location for many activities downtown. I would definitely stay again, and wish the neighbourhood continued improvement in the coming years. I’ll be back!
