Lovely home in great location
Perfect little spot for our trip. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, close to town (restaurants and supermarket). The instructions for how to get into the house were a little confusing (especially when arriving at night) but other than that everything was perfect.

Lovely & Convenient home for Lewis & Clark move in days
Moved our Son into Lewis and Clark and stayed at this lovely home. Despite facing a main street, home was pretty quiet and protected by lovely trees and rhododendrons. 2nd bathroom on lower level is well laid out. Not an issue for us to go downstairs when needed. Home is an attractive mid-century. Will stay again.

2nd bathroom was in the basement away from master. Bathroom was upstairs very small! No one used the tub/shower too narrow. No hairdryer included which is unusual. I brought my own. House faces a major street

House was perfect for our family and friends. The home is very well appointed and clean and we especially enjoyed the extras provided for our pups. We enjoyed a terrific trail run and the proximity to local shopping. Saturday Farmer's market was wonderful. Thank you!

Playgroup Moms Getaway
We are three friends visiting our fourth friend in town. We have kept in close contact for 33 years since our children played together. This home offered everything we were expecting and more! The home is tastefully decorated, clean, and beautiful. There are too many extras to mention, including hosted Netflix on the TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to cook. The lot is well landscaped and provides gorgeous privacy. We agreed we would all chose this home again if we come back to Portland for vacation

Perfect Place for Extended Family
My family of 4 (adults and adult children) and my elderly parents stayed here for 3 nights to attend a collegiate lacrosse tournament at the Lake Oswego High School. The home is PERFECTLY situated and within walking distance of many great eateries, coffee etc. The house was immaculate and the kitchen well equipped. The period decor was super cool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house very adequate to our needs.

Great house perfect location
We love the Lake Oswego area. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law. House was as described and downstairs bathroom was not an issue. The place was very well equipped and we loved the style. We would absolutely stay again! The property management company is slow to respond but not a big deal for us.

Weekend Trip to Rip City
We came to Portland for the weekend and wanted to stay close to family in Lake Oswego. This house was in a perfect location, well decorated and just as advertised. I would definitely book this house again. I would note that one reviewer commented that the house is a duplex and I was hesitant to book the house because of that. But, in fact, it is not. Rather, per the information left by the owners, a wing of the house is reserved by the owners for their own use if/when they are in occupancy at the same time as guests. I give this house high marks and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

We loved it here!
Growing up part of my life in Lake Oswego, this was a treat! It had been 13 years since I was here and WOW have things changed. This VRBO is filled with Eames furniture and decor. It has a ton of space. PLENTY of room for 6. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the house is clean. Others wrote about window treatments… they were put in… regardless, even if they were not I would not have felt awkward. It is private though it sits on a busy road. The only one, small issue is that it was hard to find because it is tucked away. Some sort of landmark or signage would be good. Should we decide to travel back we will bring more people and stay again!

Do not recommend.
Beware owner uses Vacasa for management. Terrible absolutely terrible company which I’ve been told but used against better judgment. Tried to change stay from 4 nights to 3 and used their required system to do so two weeks in advance. No reply after a week so I called. They advise I could not change because they had not replied. Reread that. Their lazy incompetence punished me. An alleged manager finally credited me just 10% of my stay back. This was a trip back to my hometown for a funeral service for my Uncle that was changed. Vacasa made it a bigger downer than it already was. Also the house is in fact a DUPLEX set up. It is NOT A SINGLE FAMILY HOME as advertised. Not sure why they wouldn’t just be honest about that? Otherwise clean and as advertised. But I would never recommend this place given the above in combination with several other options in LO available.

Great until the AC broke
The place was comfortable and lovely. But the air conditioning broke suddenly, which might not normally be a tragedy in the Portland area but we were in the middle of a heat wave where the temps were around 100 degrees all day and barely below 85 at night. Most windows in the house don’t open so we got pretty miserable at night. We let the company know with emails and calls but no one answered. Disappointing. I’d stay again but I’d ensure there was someone available to talk to in case an emergency like this happened again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful spot
Lake O is a lovely town and this house is a perfect place to stay when you’re there. The house is impeccable and has everything you need. The furnishings are tasteful and the kitchen is stocked better than my own! It has plenty of room for hanging out on a rainy day, and is centrally located for walking downtown. We will definitely back! One thing to note is that the 2nd bathroom is down a flight of stairs in the basement, not on the main level with the rest of the house.

Lake Oswego House vacation
location Is excellent and the house is almost entirely on one floor. The second bathroom with the walk-in shower is in the basement. The dining room and the living room have large windows which let in a great deal of light. This house is on the corner and sits close to the street. Many folks would be very uncomfortable with the lack of curtains or blinds on the windows. In the evening, you were very visible to those outside. The kitchen is excellently equipped with anything you could need.
