In room coffee maker was not working. Shower head had very little pressure. A bit noisy this time around with 3 busses full of kids that were hosted at this hotel. Customer service was and always is excellent though- the main reason we keep coming back.

I have stayed here in the past, and the last time a front staff worker had major attitude when I was trying to check out. I decided I wanted to give another try and once again, staff found her phoneore important than checking me in. Not to mention she told me breakfast was at 6:30 when it was 7:30, which isn't that major, but I had to leave at 7am and I set my time to eat before I go. Ugh! Never again!

Do not understand the high ratings for this hotel. The only thing I liked was it was in a nice area with shopping and food which is why I gave it two stars, but the hotel was just dirty the carpet was gross and stained in hallways and room, the microwave was missing the turning plate, the air vent fell off its screws when we closed the bedroom door that separates the sofa space to bedroom, there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on our shower rod, the shower curtain had stains and what looked like smeared boogers, and one of the faux leather chairs in our room was peeling I was not impressed

We love the hotel! Staff are friendly and informative. The rooms are clean and cozy! Great price for all of the emenities that come with it. Free snacks and drinks every night and a great location next to the Washington Square mall. Only downside was the pool/hottub area. Kids were running around the pool and getting into the hottub which made it inconvenient for the adults.

Very nice hotel staff and super easy check in! The room was clean and spacious. I noticed how even temperature both the hotel and our room was, super comfortable. Great food and service in the restaurant they have there. We plan to stay there again next time we are in Beaverton Oregon, it was a welcoming experience.
