Our stay was good! No complaints except for parking. It was a little confusing on where to park especially because it was past midnight when I was parking. I was able to speak to security who advised where the empty parking spaces were.

Many young people are hanging around the outside of the building and in the lobby area. I'm not sure if they are staying there or just finding a place to stay for free at night. I did not arrive until later in the evening and this was evident that there are a lot of potentially homeless or migrants that have been dropped off.

Staff friendly but service sucked. Did not empty trash all 4 days and we had to call for clean towels. They did not even remove soiled ones.

Tried to get a meal at the restaurant lacked staffing, asked for a menu and was told to have a seat tables were dirty filled with dishes. Waitress was running around waiting tables. Left the restaurant hungry went back to my room. Very unhappy.

Our room had garbage on the bathroom floor and the shower was broken. We asked twice if they could fix it. No one showed up. We asked twice for towels and wash clothes because we had to wash without a shower. We got zero clean towels. This was the worst place we have ever stayed
