The room we were assigned smelled terribly of cat urine and chemicals We were moved and although better required a bottle of free breeze (sp) to stay in the room In the morning all three of us were ill My daughter was vomiting on the driveway and throughout her flight We are not happy campers !!

Everything at this property was excellent. With the exception of the pool and hot tub being closed. Our 8 yr old was a bit upset. The smiling faces and on time transportation made up for it.

The only bad thing is that, when we requested the shuttle from the airport on are way back, they sent a Lyft that suppose to be on them. But when we arrived the driver say no body pay him. So we ending paying the driver. So why the offer a suttle service, when they don't have suttle service on night time. Was very confused, plus when we arrived no body was on the reception, and was other 3 customer plus us, waiting for around 20 minutes Before someone showed up. The girl was nice, but still the fact, that after long fly, longer wait for the Lyft we has to wait 20 minutes more before we can get to are room. Last time we use la aquinta Inn.

We immediately checked out after checking into this property. The general condition of the hotel was outdated and rundown. This would have been tolerable if not for the fact that our room was filthy. There were stains on the furniture, carpet, curtains, etc. and the room was generally worn out.

Not greeted with politeness at all, we seemed like we were more of a pain to them. Had to get our key cards fixed several times and both front desk ladies acted like they were inconvenienced. Never saw a smile from the younger curly haired lady.

Front desk staff rarely there when I needed them. We had to get our key cards reprogrammed every time we needed to get in the room! Front desk staff were rude when we had to get the key cards reprogrammed every time. No housekeeping done the whole time we were there even when my husband specifically requested room service. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. I booked with them because it supposedly had a hot tub. It was not available (not working) for the whole stay. I have been a pretty loyal La Quinta customer but I will not be returning to this property! The only positive things were the beds we’re relatively comfortable and the breakfast was okay.

i just bought a new coat, for me expensive, i opened our room door, and something on the door ripped my jacket, i took pictures, talked to management, they said they would Email me back, on what they can do to fix this situation… management n staff are liars, not 1 Email for 2 weeks.. still nothing!!! the metal thing sticking out the door, i had to remind my kids be careful of that when you open door, it will cut them bad… i don’t appreciate being lied too,

I love staying here. The rooms are always so clean and the beds are super comfy. Best part is check out is at noon! Most places are at 11am so the extra hour really helps. Breakfast is good and lots of variety, however I would get there early as the breakfast room gets crowded and food starts to dwindle the later you wait to go. 24 hour pool and exercise room is a plus, but there is only one elevator and it’s slow so you may be waiting longer than you’d like in that aspect. I don’t mind the stairs, but when you’re on the fourth floor at 5 flights of stairs it’s a little daunting! At night time the area around the hotel is a little iffy. There’s a lot of activity and shady people lingering about. I wouldn’t go outside alone in that area at night, but as they say “Nothing good happens after midnight” so I don’t really need to be going outside of the hotel at that time. Despite that, all in all this hotel is excellent.
