Victoria's first settlement
Portland is a wonderful place and staying at the Bentinck added to our enjoyment. The rooms are large, well appointed and very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and great providers of information about the district. Easy walking distance to the beach, harbour and shops round out a great place to stay. Being Victoria's first settemet, the history of the area adds to its charm.

We loved our room, the Executive Suite. Had everything we needed and possibly the best view in Portland ❤️ Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. The staff were really friendly and we loved the history and detail of the building. The menu choice in the dining room was very good and the meals we had were delicious!!
