Nice but...
Overall this was a nice place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the decorations were lovely. We felt like there could have been more TLC given to the carpet (very stained), and the bathrooms, as well as the landscaping. But the owner was very responsive and we had a good stay.

Perfect for what we wanted.
It was fairly close to the conference center. Minimal traffic. The master bathroom was big but the other two bathrooms were tiny.

Very clean home
Property is located in a quiet neighborhood about 20-25 minutes from downtown Portland. However, there are many restaurants and stores in the immediate area. House was very clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms which was nice when you have two teenage boys. Automatic garage door opener was convenient. I had no problems communicating with the owner. I would definitely stay here again

Loved the garage, especially when it was raining. Great jump-off location for sightseeing in opposite directions (coast vs. historic Hwy 30), close to grocery and easy to get to.

First Time VRBO renter and a bit disappointed.
I had higher expectations. This is a condo with shared wall. I know this isn't on the owner, but the adjacent neighbor has a junk car on jack stands (hasn't moved in years based on debris) and debris stacked up on the porch. Disappointed, but out of owners control. Carpets recently cleaned but stained. Despite being previously "cleaned" small piece of dog feces in kitchen floor. I believe a portion of the cleaning fee if not all should be refunded but didn't ask since I texted the property owner about the feces and the smoke detector alarm sounding and didn't get a response. Overall disappointed with my first STR experience. Should have disclosed code case next door.

Short stay but Comfortable stay
With a family, it is always convenient to have multiple bathrooms. The bedrooms are big. Master bedroom has a king size bed. All beds were very comfortable. Will definitely come back. Host is very understanding! Kitchen was stocked with all necessary pots, pans, cutlery, cups, mugs. A good residential neighborhood. Quiet & close to wherever we went. The dining area, living area are all very comfortable. Thank you Bao!

Nice home, great location
We enjoyed our stay at this home. Our host, Bao, got back to me quickly and made our check in process easy. The home is nice and stocked with everything we needed. There's even a lovely gas fireplace. The living/dining area is very small but worked fine for us (5 adults and a 3yo) Very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The only downside to this area is lack of street parking. We came up in 2 cars. One car parked in the driveway but we had to park the other car about a block away. When our son came to visit he had a hard time finding a place to park. This no fault of the homeowners, just a heads up. Overall, we enjoyed our here.
