This is a single-level home featuring large windows allowing tons of natural light, original hardwood floors, fresh paint and many recent updates.
Living area has large comfortable couch and plenty of seating. Large flat screen Smart TV set up for Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book. High-speed Internet and WIFI guarantees ease with work and play.
Kitchen is recently updated with new cabinets, stainless appliances and white quartz counter tops. Eating in is simple with the fully stocked kitchen, complete with utensils, cookware, and service. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the indoor dining table that can be pulled out with seating for (6). There is also a small bar table with (2) additional chairs.
Bathroom features fresh clean updated fixtures and tub/shower combo. Quality linens, shampoo & conditioner, soap and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
The Master bedroom features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is plenty of closet space, as well as a dresser and desk for guests personal items. The master has a fireplace to cozy up on a cold winter evening. French sliding doors open up to the back yard and patio area. Vaulted ceilings and tons of light add to the spacious feel of the room.
*Both the backyard AND the W/D are accessed through the Master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom is set up with a Queen bed, comfortable high end linens, and plenty of storage for personal items.

Washer & dryer in home for guest use. Iron and ironing board included.
FREE parking in private driveway. There is also FREE street parking for additional vehicles. Garage is NOT available for parking.
Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine in private & shaded yard with comfortable seating. Fully fenced yard is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun or having dinner & wine in the evening. Lovely amenities throughout will make you feel right at home in this traditional ranch style home.
Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home, the private back yard, the driveway and the carport. Guests also have full use of the private laundry. The garage is NOT available for parking.

Getting Around:

Approx. 1.3 to Beaverton Central MAX station (light rail). UBER or park at MAX station and you can get anywhere in Metro Portland including PDX airport all the way to Hillsboro.
Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. This includes ANYTHING that leaves an odor including legalized Marijuana, cigars, pipes, etc.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Check In 4:00PM / Check Out is 11:00AM
