We were initially placed in a small 10 x 10 room that had zero daylight and limited space and accommodations. The twin bed was a dog bed and I refuse to allow my daughter to sleep on it.
For an additional 160 we were moved into a larger place which was better. the owners speaks zero English and are very rude.
The town is wonderful. The rooftop restaurant attached to the complex the apartment is in is wonderful. If it wasn’t for the rest of the community and the nice people in that village, I’m not sure vacation would’ve been successful based on their very unfriendly demeanor.
I also spent a good portion of the day trying to get cash for her because she refused to take a card to pay the balance of the room.

Staff very pleasant ( esp in dining room)…but all helpful.
Only downside was acoustics as I could hear conversations etc if people in next suite not good when people are JettLaggeclagged and wide awake when you are trying to sleep.

"Beautiful location & friendly staff. Lots of ants that crawled up our legs during breakfast & laying by the pool. Also had them in our rooms. My daughter was bitten badly but not sure if it was the ants or if it was mosquitoes which isn’t really the hotel’s fault or issue."

"The pool may look lovely, but our room was dingy, the sparse furniture was outdated by decades, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the terrace was in a terrible state of disrepair, we had no phone and we haven't even started on the bathroom!
