The male receptionist was trying too hard to make us book a Douro valley boat cruise, instead of helping us figure out how to take a train ride there, which we figured out on our own and enjoyed it. He was not helpful.

Location and pricing was good. Layout of bath poor - shower lacked proper partition to stop flooding the entire bathroom, also the shower handle kept falling off the holder.

Clean with a helpful and friendly staff! Location is great. Close to the metro and the market. Our room overlooked a busy shopping street, but inside the room was very quiet.

Sweet Bloom is amazing. Great location to walk to all the sites. Shopping mall with large grocery store 2 mins away. The staff are very sweet & knowledgeable. Would so recommend anyone to stay here!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, within walking distance of pretty much anything. No noise during night. Spacious and clean apartment. Breakfast was delicious, range of options and always delivered at my specified time. A couple of loose fittings in the bathroom. But other than that, it was absolutely perfect and I couldn't fault it! Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you!

Such a gem of a hotel, it exceeded my husband and I’s expectations in size and cleanliness, the staff were wonderful and if you are a walker it’s in an excellent location. Inês greeted us with warmness and she even provided us with a map of Porto with top attractions and restaurants circled. We talked for a good 20 minutes about all her recommendations completely unprompted. We took a lot of her advice and I am so happy we did! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was locked at night which made us feel very safe although the hotel was already in a safe area. Just 1km away from the bridge we walked literally everywhere we went. Pretty much most of the attractions you would want to see in Porto were under a 30min walk, if you need to Uber you only have to walk a minute or so to get to a pickup point. I couldn’t recommend staying here more.

This place was just what we needed for our vacation. We stayed here four nights and it was very enjoyable and restful. We like the fact that we had a kitchen where we could buy food from a nearby grocery store so it was very convenient. It is very walkable to all the necessary Tour spots and attractions and there is a nearby market around. It's a great place for couples and for families. It's a small part hotel. I think it has around 20 to 24 rooms. We stayed in the garden room that faced the garden. The only improvement I would suggest is that they spruce up the garden area and make sure they spray for mosquito . It would be nice to also offer breakfast. It is located on one of the most famous streets in Porto and as soon as you walk out of the hotel, you entered the most famous and walkable street there is. Absolutely beautiful architecture all around and the people in the area are so friendly. We really enjoy our stay here and would recommend families or couples to stay , thank you for a wonderful time and thank You to all of the helpful staff

An amazing stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and in a great area. Easy to get to from the airport and within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Great food options nearby too with the food market just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect in every way. Great location, great staff, safe and comfortable. Home baked goods were delivered to our room each morning. What a treat! We were initially a bit concerned because the street is not accessible by car, but we were able to catch a cab or taxi at the nearby corner. It was easy, even with our luggage when we arrived/checked out. Highly recommend!
