We stayed there 5 days. The room was very clean. Bed is hard but comfortable. The room was very spacious and we did I appreciate the balcony. There are a series of rooms facing the main room and we would sometimes hear the motorcycles drive by though the noise wasn't too bad. It is a very walkable neighborhood. The breakfast was included and quite good. I think I would give this hotel a better score of a hot tub and a restaurant was available but that's pretty much it.

Beautiful, spacious, modern, the Shipyard was exactly as described online and just what we needed. The breakfast was generous and the food was excellent. I would absolutely come back here again.
