"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia. Fantastic
