Péssima qualidade do hotel, chegamos dia 31 para virada de ano e a noite não tinha água pra tomar banho, depois de 40 minutos meu esposo esperando com shampoo na cabeça, eles tiveram que encaminhá-lo a outro quarto no térreo para tomar banho,no dia seguinte tinha água de manhã, mas quando voltamos da praia a noite novamente não tinha água ,ficamos com esse constrangimento de toda hora pedir chave de outro quarto que tivesse água,na manhã seguinte nem pra escovar os dentes e descarga havia água, e ficavam com desculpas de que estavam com problema na bomba pela quantidade de hóspedes nesse período, vários hóspedes trocaram de hotel, café da manhã horrível com presunto e bolos estragados, não recomendo pra ninguém, decepcionante.

Quartos em más condições. Havia muitos pernilongos no quarto e quando pedimos por uma solução nos disseram que não tinham inseticida. Instalações mal cuidadas. Não consideraria três estrelas.

Pontos positivos: 1 Atendimento 2 Cafe da tarde servido 3 Limpeza do quarto Pontos negativos: 1 A água que sai da pia e chuveiro tinha cheiro de esgoto; 2 A tampa do vaso sanitário de mal qualidade 3 O quarto proximo a recepção fazia muito barulho quando os funcionários precisavam arrastar algo que pareci bancos; 4 Havia sempre algumas formiga no suco; 5 A piscina é muito pequena. 6 Mesmo no feriado de réveillon o quarto so poderia ser limpo no período da manhã, porém ao conversarmos foi resolvido. Pelo preço não vale a pena.

O QUARTO É BEM DIFERENTE DO PROPOSTO NO SITE, FIZEMOS UMA RESERVA DE ACORDO COM AS FOTOS VISTAS NO SITE E É TUDO MUITO DIFERENTE. O AR CONDICIONADO ERA MUITO E EM ANTIGO PÉSSIMO ESTADO DE CONSERVAÇÃO, O FRIGOBAR A MESMA COISA, OS COMODOS NAO ERAM LIMPOS, TIVEMOS QUE MUDAR DE QUARTO E MESMO ASSIM NAO FICAMOS NUM AMBIENTE NEM PRÓXIMO DESTA FOTO. O VALOR GASTO COM A RESERVA QUE SERIA PARA DESCANSO ACABOU NOS TRAZENDO APORRINHAÇÕES DEPOIS DE 19H DE VIAGEM. O WI-FI NÃO FUNCIONAVA NO QUARTO.

Não gostei pois não é o que vi no site. Fui acomodado em um péssimo quarto, fedia a mofo e xixi, me encaminharam para outro quarto o qual estava com o azulejo quebrado, isso mesmo azulejo, coisa antiga, situação do hotel é precária sem exagero. Não recomendo a ninguém, propaganda enganosa. Saí um dia antes de vencer meu pacote.

Porto Seguro em Porto Dourado Bom demais.
Muito bom os funcionários são o ponto de referência do hotel são muito atenciosos principalmente o recepcionista do café da manhã e a localidade tbm próximo a tudo e com uma ótima segurança,tem tbm um dia da semana com musica ao vivo no bar do hotel a noite muito bom enfim tudo bom demais só não foi 100% porque no dia que cheguei me deram um quarto muito ruim próxima as caixas dagua e da bomba mas no 3 dia me mudaram para o andar de cima ai ficou top. Recomendo e realmente muito bom.

Falando das instalações.
Quando cheguei percebi que não havia estacionamento fechado. O quarto para casal e dois filhos muito pequeno e sem cabideiros para roupa de banho e toalhas. Sem muitas opções de canais de TV. Espaço para café da manhã não comporta todos os hóspedes. No entanto quero ressaltar a equipe de profissionais do hotel: Excelentes.

Tive que deixar o hotel após apenas uma pernoite. Quando cheguei o quarto triplo reservado não estava com três camas. Depois a porta não fechava, apenas com a chave. O abatjour estava quebrado e não tinha como substituir. Fui solicitar a terceira toalha de banho, mas por problemas com a lavanderia não tinha mais toalha. No dia seguinte o Sr. Vinicius entrou em contato para resarcir o período total pago, mas precisava primeira falar com o Hotel.com que tentou contato sem sucesso. A substituta Manoela, que estava avisada, disse ao Hoteis.com que não sabia de nada. Realmente mais uma descepção em Porto Seguro. Um lugar caro que não tem infra-estrutura hoteleira, com exceção dos hotéis da orla, em especial o Tropical Oceano Praia que é perfeito. Agora estou hospedado pela 10a vez no TOP.

Hotel agradável! precisa de alguns ajustes!
Gostamos muito do hotel e fomos bem atendidos, porém a unica coisa que foi desconfortável foi que ficamos em um quarto que estava com problemas na luz, onde ficava piscando o tempo todo. A questão do sensor de energia é legal porém seria bom se tivesse pelo menos uma tomada para poder carregar equipamentos que deixar no quarto. O café da manhã, foi bom. Porém em alguns dias em que acordávamos mais tarde pegamos o refeitório meio sujo, e com sem reposição de alguns alimentos, como suco por exemplo.

O hotel foi adquirido a pouco tempo e por isso vem passando por reformas, no momento não recomendaria até que as reformas fossem concluídas, pois poderá passar alguns aborrecimentos como passamos, exemplo ao chegarmos da praia ficamos horas sem água por estarem limpando caixa d'água. A limpeza dos quartos ainda esta deixando muito a desejar, ficamos 5 dias e nesse período não foi trocado nenhuma vez as roupas de cama e banho. Café da manhã não é dos melhores, porém conversando com o proprietário o mesmo informou que essa parte será terceirizada e com isso acredito que melhore. Após as reformas e a terceirização do café da manhã acredito que irá melhorar bastante, pois os proprietários tem muita vontade que isso aconteça.
