"Das Haus hat eine wunderbare und ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Von beiden Terrassen am Haus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Portoferraio. Wir lieben dieses Haus und haben dort bereits mehrfach unseren Urlaub verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert "

"Die Villa Stefania ist ein absoluter Traum, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch, die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Hafen von Portoferraio einmalig. Zum Strand von Magazzini läuft man ca. 10 min, mit dem Auto kann man auch direkt am Strand kostenlos parken. Der Steinstrand ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (Conad) ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar."

"Gutes Haus, Küche recht klein. Lage gut. Terrassen sehr schön. Sanitäranlagen teilweise veraltet. Umgebaute Garage, jetzt Schlafzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Eigenes Bad, nur leider läuft bei Benutzung der Toilettenspülung alles in die Dusche."

"The house worked pretty well for us. The things we liked were the access to the beach and the outdoor space. The house itself is an interesting building and it was kind of fun, and it was in pretty good shape though there wasn't any extra furniture, and everything was pretty sparse - for instance there were no dish towels (we used extra hand towels from our linens), though they did provide dish soap and bathroom soap. "La struttura ha delle potenzialità, ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento: manca l'aria condizionata (i ventilatori non sono sufficienti), manca il box doccia e la cucina non è molto attrezzata. Sarebbe preferibile nella zona giorno una finestra normale, che si potesse aprire per arieggiare al posto di quella minuscola in alto.
