Tres decevant, le confort n'est pas la priorité...
Malheureusement, nous avons trouve une chambre mal préparée (feuilles en entrant ds la chambre, sol mal nettoyé). La chambre est tres humide et froide (la fenetre etait ouverte pour ces raisons dhumidite?) Nous avons mis la clim chaleur maximum pour y remédier le temps daller diner) au retour, c'est devenu passable, etnous avons pu dormir dans des conditions correctes. Quelle deception!

Excellent choix pour visiter Cinque Terre!
Un p'tit hôtel simple et charmant bien situé car autobus à 5 minutes à pied et à 15 minutes de Portovenere où vous pouvez prendre le bateau pour visiter Cinque Terre. (15 minutes aussi de La Spezia). Hôtel calme avec piscine, agréable après une journée chaude! Stationnement disponible! Nous avons déjeuner sur place...simple mais délicieux! La chambre était petite et très propre. Le seul petit point à améliorer selon nous serait le confort du lit! Matelas mince et dur! Mais cela ne nous empêcherait pas d'y retourner!

Beautiful hotel / nice breakfast
We took a bus (runs every 15min) to the hotel which was approx 10-15 min ride. The hotel was beautiful built in 2011. The pool was nice and well maintained. Staffs attended us was funny and helpful. They have 3 rabbits in the properly running around to keep you entertained. The only downside was that we were assigned on the connecting room and we could hear the next door neighbor as if they were in the same room. We heard some unpleasant sounds from the next door couple.

Bien situé!
Bien situé mais le petit-déjeuner est cher`à 15E et l'hotel est plein de tapis partout et surtout dans les chambres la douche est mal foutue car l'eau coule partout sauf sur vous! la nuit l'air climatiseée est pas assez froide et on y peut rien.....les deux piscines sont excellente! les environs très calme et pas trop loin de Nice! Idéal pour une nuit ou deux si vous les avez en promo!

Lavandino rotto... la solita scusa quando si ha un overbooking e l'hotel non chiude in tempo le camere. Ma questo può succedere a tutti. L'unico problema che in questo caso l'hotel ha deciso di proporci un albergo alternativo in tutt'altra zona, a La Spezia, di categoria inferiore e con i giudizi peggiori di questo. Io, essendo del settore, ho insistito, conoscendo i miei diritti, poi è stata trovata un'alternativa valida. L'unica cosa, che ho dovuto chiamare più volte per farmi dire l'indirizzo dell'altro hotel ed il nome. Prima non rispondeva nessuno, poi non c'era il collega di prima ecc... Ho trovato poca professionalità!

Vis à vis enorme avec des immeubles populaires qui ont une vue plongeante sur les chambres que nous avons eues. Chambres humides, au nord, non aérées avant notre arrivée, sans isolation phonique, avec du passage devant la porte vitrée. Environnement piètre : trajet pour le resto conseillé sur le Port entre les barbeles de l'arsenal après avoir longé le columbarium.

Improvements to make your stay more pleasant.
The hotel needs better signage on the main road to turn off to the hotel. Took us 1/2 hr. to find it. They need steps to walk to each level including the pool Too easy to slip on grass. They definitely need a soap dish in bathroom. We had to ask for clean towels.

Nous y avons séjourné début aôut 2011 pendant 3 nuits pour visiter les cinques terre et Portovenere. Personnel à l' écoute, discret et très sympathique. Grandes chambres climatisées et piscine très propre. Navettes gratuites en bus pour La Spezia ou les Cinque Terres. Très bon séjour. Huguette

E' difficile trovare nella stessa struttura queste due caratteristiche: la professionalitàbè spesso asettica e la cordialità a volte sfocia in faciloneria. Il sorriso e la disponibilità con cui sei accolto diventano la..."parola magica" che ti permette d'iniziare al meglio la vacanza e di proseguirla sostenuto da consigli indispensabili per chi è nuovo del territtorio. I proprietari Gabriella e Paolo,la segreteria con Michel e il personale tutto, hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile e siamo partiti conil desiderio di tornare quanto prima. le camere sono ampie e arredate con mobili moderni e funzionali, la nostra aveva un ampio terrazzo. Nice view and nice swimmingpool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not properly sound isolated, so we could hear what the people next door were saying. The noise from the waterpipes from other rooms was really loud. Not the best location - no restaurants or other things nearby. We had to drive, or walk on the main road for 10-15 minutes, to get to the closest town.
