"Vast improvement on last time I stayed there. Waiting and bar staff could do with training in customer service. Plenty of patrons had to ask for their food orders to be taken. I had to ask three times to xheck on tge status of our order. We cancelled dessert as it was over twenty minutes. "

"The Staff were all amazing especially Zara they made you feel so welcome. The food was delicious . I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. My wife and I will definitely be back ."

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
