"The apartment was very nice. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with its great view. The apartment had everything we need for making our breakfast. Everything was clean and the apartment was spacious. We always felt safe here even walking home after dark. It was a bit far from the center of town and we did not rent a car. I think the location would be excellent if you have car. "

"This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back."

"Narrissa, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean, big and comfortable. We loved the pool, which we had to ourselves. There was also a jacuzzi, which was turned on for us whenever we wanted. There was a bakery about a 5 minute walk away and you could walk to town of Roseau and botanical gardens in 10-15 minutes. There was private, free parking on the property. Very good value for money."

"We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pagua Bay House. The property is close to the airport and has convenient parking. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the shower was huge, the pool was refreshing and everything sits on a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. "We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The reflexology massage was amazing. The food was good although the menu was limited this time. We also had issues as our rooms did not have sockets for our adapter which meant my mum could not use her breathing machine at night and no adaptors were available. The overflowing bins were a bit of an eyesore as the rest of the grounds were very well kept. This is my second stay and I know we will be back. "
