Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained.
