My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague was delightful! The standout feature of the hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast – it was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. It truly set the tone for the day.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and a warm ambiance. My room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
However, I do feel the reception staff could have been more welcoming during check-in. A more friendly and accommodating approach would have made the first impression even better.
Overall, Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague offers a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. With a little improvement in the hospitality at the reception, it could be absolutely perfect!
