The staff were very friendly! Perfect walking distance to everything. We were slightly disappointed with the breakfast as there wasnt enougu space for everyone. And nothing was explained when walking in.

The hotel is in a good location to walk to Old Town Square and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The hotel is slightly dated and our room - 715 was small and the bathroom was tiny. It was also close to the lift which was quite noisy until the early hours. The breakfast selection was very good but the breakfast area isn’t big enough for the number of guests and we had to sit in the corridor one morning. The staff were pleasant. Overall the hotel is a good base for exploring beautiful Prague.

We've stayed here on numerous occasions. Property is nice, rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Nice coffee area in the room with small expresso machine. Good place to stay in Prague, close to everything.

Clean hotel in a good area. Good amenities. Fridge, kettle and excellent daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and nice complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was disappointing, Porridge was never refilled and waited ages for hot food. We only went to breakfast on our first morning then ate out instead. Reception staff were very blunt, unsmiley and on one occasion a male member on Reception was very rude. Bar man was lovely and helpful.

Hands-down one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Easy access to everything we wanted to see. Ongoing construction next door made a lot of noise, but only during the day, when we were mostly out sightseeing. Young lady at the desk was incredibly helpful.

A great stay, although the only critic I have was the lack of view from my room- literally nothing to see except a white canvas (believe due to building works) other than that staff were friendly, not much interaction with them as I didn’t need to but otherwise fine.
