This hotel was in the perfect location in Prague. It is about an 8-minute walk to Old Town which is where all the restaurants, bars, train station and historical landmarks are. The rooms were nice and clean. Check in was fast and easy, they had good Wi-Fi, I felt safe walking around the area even late at night, friendly staff. I even had the misfortune of having my luggage lost and told front desk if they could notify me when my luggage to arrives. They went as far as leaving my luggage in my room which was the highlight of my day.
The only reason I do not give this hotel 5 stars is because of the art and cleaning service. I have read reviews about the art being cringy or weird and they were right. When you walk into the hotel, it looks upscale but when you go up and see the photos of a random woman with gold and black splattered paint on her face, it cheapens the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It is not a painting it's just a photo. I had some water bottles piled up on the fridge hoping staff would throw away when they came to clean, and the cleaning service came into my room and cleaned but did not throw away the bottles until 2 days later.
Other than that, I still wouldn't mind staying here because it is in the perfect location for a good price.
