Fizemos reserva no corrido e nao entendi tudo que foi incluído. Não incluiu toalhas, mas tambem, por enquanto não apareceu muitas pessoas, a gente era colocado na sala direitinho sobre a rua sem ar condicionado e não pode dormir porquê o barulho. A atendente falou que não tinha nada mais disponível, assim a gente passou a noite sem dormir. Na manhã o atendente era com vontade trocar mas ja tinha feito reserva em outro lugar.

Fiquei no quarto simples. O wifi não pega no quarto. A TV era minúscula e na lateral da cama. Tivemos que mover a cama de lugar pra ver a TV. O banheiro tinha vazamento na torneira e no cano da pia que deixava o piso sempre molhado. O chuveiro é horrivel. Não é fornecido toalhas ou cobertores no quarto. Um simples investimento de um bom ar resolveria o mal cheiro no quarto. (Que tinha Cheiro de cachorro). O quarto era muito quente. A piscina nao é limpa. Amanheceu o dia, dava pra ver toda a gordura na piscina e ninguém foi fazer uma manutenção. O preço da diária pra um quarto como o meu, sem nem mesmo um ar condicionado, nao vale. O estacionamento é pago à parte. Mas a localização é boa.

Experiencia boa....Pecam no quesito limpeza, dos 3 dias que fiquei hospedado, não vieram em nenhum dia limpar o quarto, nem lavar o banheiro e muito menos tirar o lixo.

Pior experiência que já tive com hotéis
Começando pelo fato do hotel não ter nada a ver com as fotos. As instalações estão muito mau cuidadas e o hotel parece abandonado. Pela primeira vez fiquei surpreso com um hotel tão ruim desse jeito, já fiquei em vários hotéis em viagens que fiz pelo brasil, este deixou a desejar. Chegando no hotel me informaram que o quarto não tinha ar-condicionado, o site não dizia nada disso, ok, fizeram um upgrade para quarto com ar-condicionado e tive que pagar a mais para isso. O quarto estava sujo, serviço de quarto não existe, se vc quiser que limpe a acomodação precisa pagar. Não tem espelho no quarto a não ser no banheiro. O estacionamento é não é coberto, dificulta se tiver chovendo. O elevador me deu medo, não tinha nada dizendo de quando foi feito alguma manutenção, barulho estranhos e da um soco pra baixo na hora de parar no andar. Não recomendo este hotel pra ninguém, não CONFIEM NESTE SITE, pesquise sobre a acomodação, ligue e busque informações, uma viagem que seria pra lazer pode se tornar em um pesadelo, é lamentável mais não pretendo voltar nunca mais a este local.

O funcionário da recepção foi receptivo , O café da manhã também foi conforme esperávamos , porém a piscina estivava extremamente suja e com motor de limpeza desligado , tivemos q pedido para o rapaz ligar pois não dava para entrar naquela cor suja que a água estava , o banheiro quando tomamos banho subia muita sujeira do ralo , a sala de jogos não podia jogar pois as máquinas que liberavam as bolas de sinuca estavam trancadas , até para usar toalhas de banho eram cobradas a parte . Infelizmente tudo que estava nas informações do hotel não era o que esperávamos , tinha também a informação de que , pessoas até 17 anos eram crianças e pessoas até 10 anos eram consideradas bebês , porém tive que acrescentar mais 200 reais , infelizmente não volto mais e também não indico esse local
