"For about EUR 184 per night the hotel doesn‘t fulfill a middle class hotel standard at all. 2 lamps in the room were broken, the interior is very rudimentary, TV was blurry, whitrpool engine broken, dirty and ice cold. This is maximum a 2 star hotel. For that price, you get a good quality 4 star hotel in Rio with ocean view."

"Very cute hotel, the rooms are very Brazilian; simple and clean. Beds were comfortable, very cute to have the option to having air conditioning or natural air with the doors. The hotel staff are wonderful, very limited English, was fine for me I can speak Portuguese but others may have difficulty without google translate.
