Nous avons été accueillis par Anna qui a été parfaite et efficace à notre service pour résoudre les petits tracas et faire de notre séjour un excellent moment en famille. "Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked."
