"Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow. "

If you're up for a little adventure, step outside around 5 a.m. or 10 p.m. In early June—you may just catch the full majesty of the Matterhorn in all its quiet beauty. "Great stay. Comfortable, clean. Hotel has a lift, lounge, garden and breakfast. Decent sized room and bathroom for economy suite. A bit far from the main strip, train stations and shops which can be nice to avoid noise and crowds when at such a relaxing destination. Hotel staff very pleasant and accommodating."

"Hotel Bahnhof was probably my favorite stay of our entire trip. The location is absolutely spectacular — just steps from the train station and super easy to find. The whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe and felt very safe. It’s thoughtfully set up for travelers, with a well-equipped group kitchen and convenient luggage storage after check-out. These little touches made a big difference. This was also incredible value for money. I couldn’t be more impressed and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A fantastic stay all around!"

"Check in and out was easy and good. Reception nice room n area were also very nice. Location is excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew in the morning are very noisy and not considerate of those still in the room . Talking very loud and banging things around. It’s a very nice place and a good basic stay."
