Escape to the charming A-Frame Retreat, a delightful cabin-style property just 7 miles or a short 12-minute drive from downtown Prescott. This three-level haven features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
The lower level houses the master bedroom, offering a queen bed and a private bath. Step through the bedroom's own door into the yard to enjoy a breath of fresh air. The en suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination, and all towels and linens are thoughtfully provided. Just bring along your food and clothes for a hassle-free stay.
Ascend to the upper level loft via 8 steps, where a cozy atmosphere awaits. The right side boasts a queen bed, while the left side features a daybed that can transform into 2 twins, with privacy screens for added separation. This knotty pine space is perfect for reading or indulging in a refreshing afternoon nap.
On the main level, you'll find the second full bathroom with a delightful view of the outside. This bathroom features a beautiful shower with glass block and conveniently houses the washer/dryer, allowing you to freshen up both your clothes and yourself simultaneously.
The recently remodeled full kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Enjoy bar stool seating at the counter or gather around the table in the knotty pine interior. A-Frame Retreat also features a dining room with a beautiful 6-top table, perfect for puzzles, games, or group meals. The 40-inch Smart flatscreen TV in the living room awaits for streaming movies and shows after your day's adventures.

Wonderful
This sweet charming A-frame home was well decorated, comfortable, cozy, and super clean. The view from the living room and master bedroom is wonderful! The neighborhood was quiet, and the home is located only five miles from Whiskey Row in Prescott. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Mountain Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to be back again! The home is cozy and rustic, yet beautifully updated with tasteful finishes and decor. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood tucked away from busy streets and with beautiful views from the living room and back yard. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with snuggly bedding. The front, back and side yards were spacious and well manicured with plenty of comfy seating options to relax and enjoy the brisk mountain air. Wendy was available and responded promptly when we needed assistance with the Wi-Fi. This will definitely be our choice for future visits to the Prescott area!
