The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. "My adult daughter had had a medical event requiring over a month in a nursing facility. After her discharge, she still needed a week to gain strength before traveling. This cozy little home was perfect! A well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, , full laundry, and everything was sooo comfy. Highly recommended!"

"The property has beautiful views. It is clean inside and the owner provides everything needed in terms of kitchen supplies and even complimentary coffee. It is just as pictured, it is near the town, and it is also near many must do hikes. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it to others. "

"Great little studio rental. Nicely decorated, wonderful shower and appliances seemed to be brand new. Trailhead just a short walk away which leads to the Scenic Sedona Overlook. We continued our hike along the Airport Loop trail, the views were stunning. Conveniently located to the activities available in Sedona. Our stay at the rental was perfect, we had no need to contact the owner."

"My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and in a great location with an awesome view! If we visit Sedona again would definitely stay here!!"

"Certainly not for everyone, but if you’re up for a unique stay with a rustic feel, Stone Cottage is great. The house was well appointed (even spices, coffee filters etc), clean and oozed authenticity of the old West. The farm animals, especially Calamity Jane, were a huge plus, and it was fun to help feed them and hear about the history of the homestead. Super quiet, waking up to the call of the roosters. The owner, Joe, could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Communication was great...

"The place was clean and very comfortable if you want to get away from the city. Nice fireplace, but the places in town are charging $8. for a small bundle of wood. Bring your own. We will probably rent it in the summer to get out of the heat. "
