"Reported that phone and TV in the room were not working.... twice, but nithing was done. Overall access to the hotel main entrance and lobby is v poor. Front of the hotel is a pedestrian only area, so not possible to pull up and unload luggage etc. Lobby is temporary as main lobby is being renovated/relocated. ..."
