"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. Steam room didn’t feel like a steam room, unfortunately but that’s the only down side. Staff were attentive at all times, polite and made us feel very welcomed! Firepit is...

"Stay regularly at this hotel when visiting parents. Good car parking facilities, close to amenities with spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Always find staff friendly and helpful. "

"I would happily recommend this accommodation. It is based at (and overlooks) Folkestone harbour which is ideal plus the shopping area is spread around very closely with plenty of places to eat and drink. This is the second time at the hotel and staff go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. "

"A very pleasant 1 night stay. The rooms are comfortable (although the pillows had been donated by Betty as an unwanted wedding present from Fred & Wilma). The staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was tasty & good value we felt the drinks were little pricey but was all served in a very pleasant environment. 10/10 all round 😀"
