We were a short bike ride to the lake, to the ferry stop, to the train station or a short walk into town of Ubersee for a nice dinner our or an aperitif/shopping. The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The bikes on site made our experience even better. We used the pool often and the spa. WE COULDN'T GET ENOUGH OF THE VIEW! "The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."
