"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"There are unlimited options in asiago, but it was clean. Breakfast was very delicious and is right in middle of shopping. The staff was very attentive."

"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. "This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! The room was quiet, cosy, very clean, had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains! Very good buffet breakfast included! Good value for money! Highly recommended!"

"Very good B and B in a quiet neighbourhood of Bassano. We were very late checking in but the manager made arrangements with our host to enable us to get into the property very late. Thank you for accommodating us. The common sitting area was spacious and very nicely decorated. An activity room with a pool table was a good addition. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean, however, the bath tub does not have a curtain or a glass baffle, so having a shower was a bit messy. A folding baffle would be helpful in preventing the watery mess that we needed to clean up. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. The location was a bit far away from downtown Bassano, so one would need a car to get to the B & B and to go into town. A quiet place to relax. "

"We stayed in the Love Suite and it was beautiful! The giant windows offered breathtaking views, and the room was spacious, with many amenities. The bed perfect and extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless each day, with ample towels and a luxurious bathrobe. The staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful. While the town itself isn’t very interesting, it’s a convenient base for exploring the area, with the bonus of free parking. A couple of small improvements would make the room perfect—adding shampoo and bubble bath to the bathroom and more power sockets near the bed and desk (perhaps a power splitter)."
