"We were surprised to see guests with dogs! We didn't realise there were such hotels available for pet owners! We guess, hopefully, there are special rooms set aside for these guests!! It didn't impact on our visit in any way, which was very enjoyable. Only problem was our phone was not connected to Reception when we needed it to be."

"This hotel was fine It was good having a microwave Shower worked well Television set up was confusing and time consuming Even when reception staff had come to the room to explain everything (and I had written it down) it took some time each time I wanted to stream from Stan and things had to be done in a certain order or they just didn't work Would have like to turn off airconditioner at night or at least turn it down below 19 degrees"

"We arrived late on a Sunday and the reception was no longer open and we didn’t get any text messages to inform us of the after hours check in process. The phone rang for a min then was answered finally but it took about 20 mins to check in. Room was good, slept well, clean and well furnished."

"The view shown in photo on this site has a great view facing south over lake. The room i was given faced west to a communications tower. Facing the afternoon sun it would have been uncomfortably hot given theres no air conditioning. Thankfully when I complained they gave me a better room - like the picture"

" Very well located on Canberra Ave, with Parliament house a short walk to the west, and Manuka Oval a five minute walk to the east. Plenty of eating out options on the nearby Kingston foreshore. The bar had an intimate feel even though it was located in an atrium, and the staff were attentive. The room was clean, spacey and functional, though the wardrobe units look a bit dated and in need of a refurb. Overall my stay was a comfortable and busy one, in a location that was easy to the major attractions. "
