Private Cabin with Pond on Family Farm

With a large deck overlooking a pond and direct access to Braeutigam Orchards, this private cabin tucked away in the woods is a great place for a relaxing getaway. The farm has been owned and operated by the same family since 1831, with the sixth, seventh, and eighth generations currently living and working on the farm. While you are staying at the cabin, you can purchase seasonal fruits and vegetables and request a tour of the property. Come experience the charm of rural Southwestern Illinois! Located right off of Route 15. Only 10 minutes from Downtown Belleville and 30 minutes from Downtown St. Louis.

Christmas at the Cabin
This was our second stay at this property and we are already planning two trips there in 2025. It is always a pleasure to see Tom Range when we visit. You can always tell that Tom sincerely cares about his guests. One of our family says that the cabin looks like something in a Hallmark movie.

We had a wonderfully quiet stay at this cute little cabin nestled in the woods, just off the beaten path of a local orchard. From our deck we could take in nature and see the wildlife coming and going from the quaint pond. It was a much needed break from the city.
