Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing town on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

The apartment, which was built in 2016, is approximately 50 square meters in size and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The air-conditioned and heated apartment has a balcony (7 sqm) with a sea view. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on a shared terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and an oven. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.

Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Kurze Wege zum Strand. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen dort sehr wohl gefühlt:))

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir waren als Familie da und waren alle begeistert. Zum Meer läuft man gerade mal 2 min. Wo sich auch eine Strandbar befindet. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles da was zum Leben benötigt wird und der Pool ist natürlich auch herrlich. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren die Eltern der Vermieterin vor Ort. Sie waren sehr herzlich und nett. Einfach ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Meer und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werden gerne wieder kommen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Fewo in Strandnähe
Neue und sehr saubere Fewo mit Balkon im 1. Stock (Pool- und Meerblick). Sie Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch und waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, z. B. großer Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, neues modernes Bad und bequemes Bett. Für eine vierköpfige Familie optimal. Bäcker und Strandbar in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sand und Felsstrand vor der Haustüre. Gesamte Anlage inkl. schönem Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Fam. Hren

Soweit alles ok bis auf die klimaanlage die hat bei uns nicht funktioniert die ersten 10 Tage, erst dann wurde sie repariert. Ob wir dort noch einmal fahren das weiß ich nicht.

Toller Meerblick, großer Pool, sauber und gepflegt - sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war in gutem Zustand und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert belegt und dabei das Schlafsofa jeden Tag benutzt. Dennoch war der Platz ausreichend. Der Balkon ist groß genug um zu viert zu essen und die Badesachen zu trocknen. Auch hat man vom ihm einen sehr schönen Meerblick und kann abends sehr schön sitzen. Der Pool ist überraschend groß (ca. 5m lang) und ausreichend tief (1,50m), so dass man auch gut darin schwimmen kann. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Generell war das ganze Haus und Grundstück sehr sauber. Vor Ort gibt es eine Art Hausmeister, Mirko, der recht verständlich deutsch spricht und eigentlich immer erreichbar ist. Bis zum Strand waren es nur 100-200m. Es gibt einen (schmalen) Sandstrand und das Meer ist sehr flach, so dass man super mit Kindern baden kann. Die anderen Strand-Besucher waren zum größten Teil Familien. Als kleine Verbesserung könnte man den Balkon noch mit einer Jalousie ausstatten, da es mittags fast zu sonnig zum Essen war. Auch Fliegengitter für die Fenster wären toll. Die Ferienwohnung ist beim ersten Mal sehr schwer zu finden, am besten wäre es, wenn man die GPS-Koordinaten geschickt bekäme, um das Navi entsprechend einzustellen (es gibt leider noch keine Hausnummern). Insgesamt ist die Ferienwohnung aber auf einem sehr hohem Niveau und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
